Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and any services you purchase from Covenant Capital ("Covenant Capital," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We perform marketing, bookkeeping, and consulting services for businesses at the prices published on our Pricing page or in a written scope you approve. We also refer businesses to third-party lenders, payment processors, insurance providers, and payroll providers. Third-party products are governed solely by your agreement with that provider.

2. Eligibility

Our services are for businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.

3. Pricing, billing, and renewal

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month. Plans with a minimum term (shown with the price) are billed monthly through that term, then continue until cancelled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change to an active plan.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests needed to perform the services, and hold any rights to materials you give us to use. You are responsible for your business decisions, tax filings, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

5. Financing referrals

We are a broker, not a lender. We do not guarantee that any lender will approve financing or offer particular terms. We do not charge you upfront fees for financing referrals. By asking us to submit your information to a lender, you authorize us to share it with lenders we select for that purpose.

6. No professional advice

Our consulting and bookkeeping services are not legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. Consult a licensed professional for those matters.

7. Intellectual property

Site content and our branding belong to Covenant Capital. Deliverables we create for you become yours once the related invoice is paid in full, except for our pre-existing templates, tools, and methods.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the services you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party providers.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend service for non-payment after written notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here. Questions: call (206) 466-0419 or use our contact page.
